Dr. Avtar Singh serves as the Chief Orthopaedic Surgeon, HOD, and Joint Replacement Surgeon at the Amandeep Group of Hospitals. More than 700 robotic knee replacement surgeries were performed by him in the initial year alone, making him the first surgeon to do so. He has successfully completed over 1.50 lakh orthopaedic surgeries in his 30-year-long career.

Furthermore, Dr. Singh has performed over 20,000 joint replacement procedures and has become the first surgeon in Punjab with a noteworthy track record of over 2000 successful robotic knee replacements. He also has vast expertise and training. He significantly contributed to improving healthcare in the area by bringing the Naviswiss Hip replacement method to North India.

Adding more to his achievements, Dr. Avtar became the first surgeon in Punjab to introduce navigation technology for knee replacement and to use robotic knee replacement techniques in this state. He has performed over 5000 Hip replacement surgery in India and became the first surgeon in Punjab to introduce Interlocking nailing technology for fracture management.
